Final Update for the School of the Holy Spirit (Winter 2024)
March 15, 2024
It's been a blessing and an honor to have you with us the last few months in the School of the Holy Spirit.
We experimented this semester a bit (to do short-term planning).
Hope it was a valuable time.
We had about 140-150 participants in this semester.
We covered the subjects of: Breaking Generational Iniquity, Evangelism, Immanuel Prayer (Inner Healing), Revival, and Understanding Dreams and Visions.
Our final class will be this Wednesday at 6:30 pm at Pure Bean in Manhattan Beach on March 20th.

It will be a DREAM LAB. Our speaker from last Wednesday will be back to break down the process of understanding our dreams.
SO WHAT'S NEXT?
1. We have a lot of planning the next few weeks as Jesus Center is moving into Temple Menorah in Redondo Beach on Sundays (10 am and 5 pm Services) from Easter Sunday.
2. I am praying about starting a Spring Bible Study on Wednesday Nights at Pure Bean from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Still praying into this...
3. My hope is that small groups can be launched in the Summer.
4. We are looking to offer another School of the Holy Spirit in the Fall 2024.

CLASS UPDATE 12/5
Dear Class,
Tomorrow will be our last class for this year.
We will talk about stewarding and processing the prophetic words.
Our very own Jessica Maldonado will be helping us understand what to do with the words we receive.
I have absolutely loved this class. I hope you did too!

We are adding a few layers to our school, including small groups and a textbook.
Also, we have a shorter training coming up January 5th-7th, 2024

CLASS UPDATE 11/17
What an awesome class we had last Wednesday.
These Wednesday nights have been some of my favorite trainings we have ever done.
I had a few people share prophetic dreams with me that they had after class.
I just love how we are pressing into a greater sensitivity to the Spirit.
I do believe these classes have been instrumental in that.
We will be taking a break this coming Wednesday.
The following Wednesday will be the Prophets Training 11/29.
(You can still get tickets).
We will resume for class on December 6th.
Maybe we can do a Christmas Party with the class on December 13th?
Next year, we are planning to go strong with the School of the Holy Spirit on Wednesday Nights
again from January 10th. 2024.
There is so much ground to cover when it comes to the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
There has definitely been a hunger for what we are releasing on Wednesday nights.
We have 100 people in the class and another 100 or so— who aren’t in the class who spy in on us :)
I knew God called me to lead a discipleship movement— and I think this class is a big part of that.

Tonight we have have a special guest instructor coming in!
He has served under John Wimber and John Paul Jackson.
Him and his wife have led a home group where the gifts of the Spirit flow.
He's very seasoned and a good friend of Ken Fish.
We connected a bit when I was in Nashville.
I've been sensing we need to keep contending for the prophetic in this class.
It's been so good.
We are seeing people be activated for sure!
We do have Jerame Nelson coming Nov. 15.
He's incredible. He's a true prophetic evangelist.
Please try to be there for that one!
HEADS UP: I'm thinking we will take a break Nov. 22.
Then Nov. 29th, we have Ken Fish and Emma Stark doing a PROPHETS TRAINING for us.

CLASS UPDATE 10/31
Looking forward to our time together tomorrow.
Last Wednesday was so epic.
I love seeing the prophetic flow!
I love it MORE when God works through you than even when He works through me.
We will spend two more weeks focused on the prophetic.
On Wednesday night, we will have a teaching, but also more time for activation.
Hope you can be there in-person because I believe during the activations we gain greater confidence.
So it will be more than a lecture, but LAB time on Wednesday.

CLASS UPDATE 10/24
I was in Nashville last week for a conference Ken Fish was hosting, and I heard this story shared by a prophetic person from Scotland named Emma Starks.
She said she was at the checkout counter and the Spirit said, “Give a prophetic word to the cashier.”
And so she went to the cashier and told her, “Hi, my name is Emma, and I am a prophet— I hear from God.” And the cashier asked, “What would God say about me?”
Emma told her, “You are going to be a Really good mom.” (She was pregnant and had not told anyone — and even had her abortion booked for Thursday.)
She sobbed at the register, “I prayed for the first time this morning, ‘God, if you are ever real, can you tell me what to do about this pregnancy!?’”
She told Emma, “If God says I am going to be a really good mom, I will cancel the abortion.” And she did.
This is one of many reasons we want to pursue the gift of prophecy.
Let’s stir up this gift this WEDNESDAY!

PRAY FOR SOMEONE WHO YOU DO NOT KNOW.
Some guidelines:
1. See who the Lord is highlighting.
2. When you pray, see if the Lord will give you a word.

Update from 10/16
Hi Class!
I hope you are taking this week to be more intention with praying/speaking in tongues and using that spiritual language. It was so cool to see people receive their prayer language last Wednesday. I heard a testimony from one sister about how she just started speaking out by faith (not super sure) and it just kept coming and then she noticed more prophetic dreams.
Tongues are a doorway to the supernatural.
Today, I had the joy of meeting Stan Frisbee who will be our instructor for this week!
Stan is the younger brother of Lonnie Frisbee, who was used mightily by God to launch movements on the earth.
I got to ask Stan a lot of questions about Lonnie and his relationship with God, his anointing, and his own sanctification process. I think very few knew Lonnie like his younger brother Stan, who cared for him even on his death bed.
Stan is a retired Firefighter, but he has been involved in prophetic ministry for many decades.
I believe we will learn a lot and be inspired and prophetic words will be shared.
Stan is a seer, and for those who are seers in our class, this class will be tremendously helpful.
I love the school of the Holy Spirit!
I'm a student too!
So much to learn and grow!

Update from 10/9
Hi Class!
Looking forward to our class this Wednesday at 10 am or 7 pm.
We will be talking about the mystery of speaking in tongues.
I believe it's going to be clarifying, faith building, and exciting.
I do have an update that this Wednesday will be our final 10 am zoom class for this class.
I apologize to those who have been part of the 10 am class.
It's been a joy to have you and connect more personally.
However, with the guest speakers coming in, who can't do both sessions, I believe it is best to conclude the zoom edition this Wednesday. I could really use the extra time to serve my family, catch up on errands, and even rest a little.
I am still learning the gift of limits and my heart to serve is bigger than my capacity.
This class will probably be extended into December!
But it will be in-person and online at 7 pm.
For those on the east coast, if it's too late, you can watch the replays at your convenience.

Hi Class!
Looking forward to our time tomorrow!
We will talk about how to pursue the gifts of the Spirit (1 Corinthians 14:1).
We will also look into the subject of impartation.
I hope you took a step of faith this week as a practicing continuationist.
Hope to hear stories tomorrow!
It doesn’t have to be stories of miracles or healing or accurate words.
I want us to celebrate the class taking steps of faith and taking a risk as we depend on the Spirit.

Update from 9/27
Looking forward to our time on Wednesday as we introduce the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
I’m really excited about the Holy Spirit’s power being demonstrated in and through you!
Last Wednesday, someone had a word of knowledge over the chat room of a stubbed left toe. Sure enough, someone in the room had that condition and got healing prayer. Also about three right shoulders were healed through a Word of knowledge. I got a few more healing testimonies in church last Sunday too. Oh last night, someone who was deaf in one year got a level of healing!
See you Wednesday either at 10 am on zoom or 7 pm in-person or livestream.
I am in awe of our God!
Update from 9/20 8:50 am
Looking forward to our first day of class!
I was hoping to get over my cough by today and prepared an introduction to the gifts of the Spirit.
However, my cough has been getting worse.
Last night, I realized I should be resting my voice.
Thankfully, I got a guest speaker to fill in for the teaching.
He is a man who loves the Holy Spirit and is a lay leader in our church.
He will be talking about "Everybody Gets To Play".
I was hoping to have a few guest speakers coming in.
I didn't expect one tonight, but the Lord may have something in mind!
We will not have class notes today because of a last minute guest speaker.
We should have notes next week (God willing).
Looking forward to our time together at 10 am or 7 pm.
